Online Payment
- Upon receiving your order online, you will receive an “Auto reply: Your Order is pending for acceptance” email from us. The email implied that your order is captured sucessfully in our system and is pending our final acceptance. You will also see details of your order in this email. Please contact us immediately if there is any error in the order details.
- Subsequently, we will send you an “Order Update” email to notify you whether the order has been accepted or rejected, giving the reasons why and notification of any charges incurred. In rare cases, due to short lead times and / or during peak seasons, we will confirm the order by phone instead of the usual “Order Update” email.
- For any update in your order status, we will also send you the “Order Update” email to inform you of the order progress.
- If you do not receive the “Auto reply: Your Order is pending for acceptance” email or phone call from us within 2 working hours after submission of your order, please contact us by phone at :+(65) 8613 7702 immediately.

Offline Payment
- All Order will only be confirmed & processed upon full payment received.
- Offline payment can be made by credit cards (Except for Diners and JCB cards). You can also pay through Cash Deposit or Fund Transfer via ATM machine or Internet Banking into our bank account as stated below:
- Please use the instant fund transfer facility, we do not accept those that are unable to transfer immediately.
- For Cash deposit or Fund Transfer, please inform us immediately after the payment by sending us the transaction slip with the order number for verification via Whatsapp/SMS to +(65) 8613 7702 or email us at info@greengrasses.sg
- Green Grasses is not responsible and liable for any incorrect bank account transfer or deposit due to wrong input or negligence of the customer.
- It is illegal to purchase online using another person’s credit / debit card; the customer must be the authorized card holder..
