1. Do I need to register in order to make purchase with www.greengrasses.sg?

YES, you may either "Register and Check out” or “Checkout as Guest” or if you already a member, please “log in” with your registered email address and password, before you make any online purchase. SIGN UP NOW!

2. How to make online purchase?
Once you have browsed our site and found something you like in our online catalog, just follow the following steps:
  1. Select the gift that you like to buy, and click on the image or the “buy now” button.

     

  2. If you click on the image, you can view the details of the gift and a larger image. Click on the “Add to Cart” button to add the gift to your shopping cart. You can access your shopping cart any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon or link at the top right corner of every page.

     

  3. Your shopping cart page shows the gift you have selected, the order quantity and sub-total. You can amend the order quantity or remove an item from your cart.

     

  4. Click the “checkout” button. If you had logged into your account, you will be at the Delivery Information page. If you have not logged in or are not a registered member, you will be at the login / sign up new account page.

     

  5. Click on the “Sign Up New Account” button to create a new member account, or log in with your registered email address and password.

     

  6. At the Delivery Information page, you’ll need to select the delivery date and time. Click on the “Add Address” button to add/select new recipients to/from your address book.

     

  7. You may also drop a special message to the recipient in the “Messages for Recipient” textbox. You can also specify special instructions to us in the “Special Instructions for Florist” textbox. Remember to tick the “Send As Anonymous” checkbox if you do not want to disclose your identity.

     

  8. Next is the Payment Information page. You may change a the invoice address by clicking on the “Change Address” button to select from your address book. Our preferred payment method is via Enets payment for Mastercard/Visa payment modes.

     

  9. The Order Confirmation page shows the details of your order. You may click on the “edit” link to make any necessary changes. After you have confirmed all details, click on the “Make Payment via Enets” button.

     

  10. You will be forwarded to Enets secure payment gateway. Select credit card mode to make payment.

     

  11. An online receipt with unique Transaction ID will be shown immediately after the transaction is approved by the payment gateway. Click the “View Order Receipt” button to view and print it.After successful payment, you will be forwarded to our webpage again. Your order is now completed!

3. Any additional delivery charge on Add-On items?

No additional delivery charges will be imposed on Add-On item/items to be sent together with your gift from other categories. However if the item/items you like to send are selected solely from Add-on category only, additional delivery charges of $15 will be imposed per destination per delivery date.

4. Can I cancel, change the delivery address or modify my order?

Yes, if the order has not been processed. You must call us immediately at +(65) 8613 7702 for any cancellation, change of delivery address or order modification, followed by an email of your request to info@greengrasses.sg. However, if your order has already been processed, amendments may carry extra charges. It is not guaranteed that all changes can be adhered to, but we will try to accommodate your request wherever possible.

Cancellation charges: 

  • 100% refund if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or we are not able to fulfill your delivery request.
  • 90% refund of the total amount when the cancellation is made more than 48 hrs before delivery.
  • 50% refund of the total amount when the cancellation is made within 24hrs-48hrs before delivery.
  • No refund if the cancellation is made less than 24 hrs in advance.
  • All refunds will be given at the discretion of Green Grasses Management.


Charges for redirection/redelivery:

  • No extra charge if the change of delivery address is made before the delivery scheduled, and the amended address is in mainland Singapore (except restricted area) and within our standard delivery timeslots.
  • In the event that a re-direction to a new address is made after the delivery scheduled, a $15 extra charge will be levied. (More charges will be imposed if the amended address is in restricted area or not in the standard delivery time zone.)

5. When I change the order from delivery to self-collect after I placed my order, will there be any discount on the product?

No, there will be no discount if the changes is too urgent. However, we will refund $15 in cash upon collection if the change of delivery to self-collection is made before our delivery scheduled.
