How to Purchase
Once you have browsed our site and found something you like in our online catalog, just follow the following steps:
1, Select the gift that you like to buy, and click on the image or the “Add to Cart” button. If you click on the image, you can view the details of the gift and a larger image. Click on the “Add to Cart” button to add the gift to your shopping cart. You can access your shopping cart any time by clicking on the link at the top right corner of every page. You can amend the order quantity or remove an item from your cart.
2, Click the “Checkout” button, you may then either "Register and Checkout" or "Checkout as Guest" or if you already a member, please "log in" with your registered email address and password.
3, At the (1)Billing Information page, please fill your own particular in this page.
4, At the (2)Delivery Information page, click on the “Choose a Recipient” button to add/select new recipient or Self-Collection. Remember to tick the “Send As Anonymous” checkbox if you do not want to disclose your identity.
5, At the (3)Delivery Date/Time page, you’ll need to select the delivery or collection date and time. You can also specify instructions to us in the “Special Instructions for Florist” text box.
6, At the (4)Payment Information page, please select either credit card via PayPal secure payment gateway, Fund Transfer or Cash/Nets payment. Please note that all orders will only be accepted upon full payment received.
7, The final (5)Order Review page shows the details of your order. You may click on the “Edit the cart” link to make any necessary changes. After confirmed, click on the “Place order” button to proceed.
8, An "Auto reply: Order Pending" receipt with Order Number will be shown immediately on screen & email to you. You may click the link to view and print it. This implied that your order is captured successfully in our system and is pending our final acceptance. Please contact us immediately if there is any error in the order details.
9, Once full payment received, we will update the status to "Order Accepted" or "Order Rejected" follow by an email to notify you, giving the reasons why and notification of any charges incurred. In rare cases, due to short lead times and / or during peak seasons, we will confirm the order by phone instead of the usual “Order Update” email. If you do not receive the “Auto reply: Order Pending” email or phone call from us within 3 working hours after submission of your order, please contact us by phone +(65) 8613 7702.
10, Upon products delivered, we will update the status to "Delivered" follow by an email to notify you. You may view your order details by login into your member’s account anytime. Your order is now completed!.
