| Under the following circumstances, 100% or partial refund is possible. |
- 100% refund if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or we are not able to fulfill your delivery request.

- 90% refund of the total amount when the cancellation is made more than 48 hrs before delivery.

- 50% refund of the total amount when the cancellation is made within 24hrs-48hrs before delivery.
|
- No refund if the cancellation is made less than 24 hrs in advance.

| All refunds will be given at the discretion of Green Grasses Management. |
| The due amount will be charged back to the originally account. All approved refund will be processed and submitted to the bank. The bank will then process the credit to your credit card or bank account. |
