| Flower arrangements are hand crafted, and as such no two will ever be identical. Green Grasses reserves the right to substitute item/items in your order without prior notice. These necessary amendments are standard practice by florists worldwide | ||

In cases due to nature or seasonal of flowers and imperfect market condition, we may not have some items in stock such as container(vases), soft toy, fruits, artificial or fresh flowers especially fillers, a careful substitution of a similar element of equal or greater value will be selected. |

| As funeral arrangement requires additional lead-time, for urgent cases, please allow substitution on certain type of flowers. | ||
