Cancellation Policy

To cancel the order, please call Green Grasses at : +(65) 8613 7702 to inform us ASAP, follow by an email to info@greengrasses.sg with your Order Number which is stated in the email.

We will inform you via email whether if your cancellation has been accepted.
(Note: Notification may not be immediate)

Cancellation charges:

100% refund if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or we are not able to fulfill your delivery request.

90% refund of the total amount when the cancellation is made more than 48 hrs before delivery.

50% refund of the total amount when the cancellation is made within 24hrs-48hrs before delivery.

No refund if the cancellation is made less than 24 hrs in advance.

All refunds will be given at the discretion of Green Grasses Management.
